RXM confirms the date, scope, and any custom additions first. A deposit or payment in full is required to confirm the booking. Your proposal states the required amount and when any remaining balance is due.

Event dates are subject to availability. Travel, applicable taxes, and any rentals are itemized in the final proposal.
